Hello everybody, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Pete and his Team! My wife and I were in the middle of the immigration process to Canada when we had to obtain Police Clearance Certificates from previous places of our residence. I used to reside in the city of Sanya (Hainan Province, China) over a decade ago. The problem was that I worked for 3 different companies, and stayed in 4 different apartments between 2008 and 2011. This in itself had further complicated everything, as we had to find out to which district and/or local Police station the accommodations belonged. Furthermore, my Temporary Residence Registration Forms were not available, so we could not trace back the records. A cherry on the top – it appeared that the Police lost my records during the database system upgrade some time ago. Despite all of this, Pete managed to obtain the PCC from Sanya Notary Public Office and send it across almost no time! Professional from the start, assertive, understanding, accommodating with a great spoken and written English, Pete has been communicating with us every step of the way. All at a reasonable cost too.
