CSSD
Center for Student Services and Development (CSSD) under China’s Ministry of Education can verify degree certificates, graduation certificates and transcripts issued by Chinese universities. Many credential evaluators, such as World Education Services (WES), use CSSD verification reports to evaluate Chinese academic credentials.
CSCSE
Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) under China’s Ministry of Education can only verify degrees issued by foreign universities. Many foreign nationals use CSCSE verification reports for applying for a China work permit.
Foreign Embassy Authentication
Foreign countries have embassies and consulates in China. An embassy can authenticate/legalize degree certificates, graduation certificates and transcripts issued by Chinese universities, so that the academic documents can be recognized in the relevant country for purposes of immigration, school admission and employment.
China Embassy Authentication
China Embassies and Consulates in countries overseas may be able to authenticate/legalize academic documents issued in the relevant country. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in matters outside China as our service is limited to China’s mainland.
