I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Pete and his Team!

My wife and I were in the middle of the immigration process to Canada when we had to obtain Police Clearance Certificates from previous places of our residence. I used to reside in the city of Sanya (Hainan Province, China) over a decade ago. The problem was that I worked for 3 different companies, and stayed in 4 different apartments between 2008 and 2011. This in itself had further complicated everything, as we had to find out to which district and/or local Police station the accommodations belonged.

Furthermore, my Temporary Residence Registration Forms were not available, so we could not trace back the records. A cherry on the top – it appeared that the Police lost my records during the database system upgrade some time ago.

Awesome service! I needed a police check from a few years ago super legalized. The agency was able to navigate through some tricky waters - including applying for a new police check on my behalf and translated into a separate language. The turnaround of all the documents was well before the scheduled dates - I received the appropriate documents about 2 weeks before. All in all a great service. Would definitely use again if need be and will recommend to others.

I needed a Police Clearance Certificate so I hired a company in Shanghai that had gotten my work permit the year before. They failed to get the PCC — told me I needed documents from my employer that the employer could not supply — told me I needed lots of original documents — and after wasting a month with them, I gave up.
