Pete is the real deal. I was out of China and did not have the original passport I used to get the documents I wanted authenticated. Not only did Pete find the lady who notarized my original documents all the way back in 2018, but he organised a video interview to gain permission to have them notarised anew. Throughout the process he did not hesitate to give advice if he felt something was amiss and always gave requirements for each step in the authentication process well ahead of time. He is very professional and will definitely be recommending his services to my colleagues.
