I needed a Police Clearance Certificate so I hired a company in Shanghai that had gotten my work permit the year before. They failed to get the PCC — told me I needed documents from my employer that the employer could not supply — told me I needed lots of original documents — and after wasting a month with them, I gave up. I then turned to ZhaoZhao. I was worried since I didn't know them, but they succeeded — they got the PCC quickly with no extra documents required from my employer, no original documents, everything done by email. Very helpful, easy to deal with and efficient. Much appreciation to Pete Zhang for the good service.
