Pete was fantastic throughout the process. He had a very detailed understanding of the requirements in the UK, even though it's just one of a number of countries they cover. He was able to direct me to some cost saving measures when getting the Apostille, and then once I finally sent all the documents, he got everything handled in Shenzhen extremely quickly.
