I greatly recommend Pete Zhao's services if you'll ever need help in obtaining documents (e.g police certificate) from China. He is honest and very easy to deal with. He is also patient in answering queries and responds in a timely manner. Although I was not able to secure my police certificate due to the lack of TRRFs, his company wrote me a detailed explanation of all our efforts in securing the police certificate. I had a really positive experience with him.
